A beautiful cottage immaculately outfitted in a lovely garden overlooking magnificent forest. The cottage is well appointed, quiet and peaceful and the retreat is a short drive from Pemberton. The retreat is an excellent base to visit the beautiful forests and national parks nearby.

We absolutely loved our recent stay in the Spa Cottage at the Big Brook Retreat. Hosts Libby and Darren were welcoming and friendly while still allowing for their guests’ privacy. Every attention to detail was evident in the cottage, including toiletries, kitchen amenities, kindling and wood ready for the wood heater, “Ziggy” barbecue, outdoor table and chairs – all surrounded by beautiful gardens and an outlook of the forest. We loved watching the antics of the bird life from the wisteria-covered verandah while having breakfast, and again for our evening drink. Highly recommended for a relaxing break from sightseeing in beautiful Pemberton and surrounds.
